  4. You understand that Dispatch Logistics acts as a broker/dispatcher and takes a commission on successfully completed loads.
  5. Dispatch Logistics reserves the right to remove carriers from the network for non-performance, no-shows, or conduct that damages client relationships.
  6. You will communicate professionally with shippers at all times.
  7. Load rates are agreed per job and confirmed via WhatsApp before collection.
  8. Dispatch Logistics does not guarantee a minimum number of loads per week or month.
