Dispatch Logistics (Pty) Ltd ("Dispatch", "we", "us") is a load-matching and dispatch service based in Pretoria East, Gauteng. We connect clients who need freight moved with independent carriers in our network. We act as a broker and dispatcher. We are not a transport company and do not own or operate the vehicles used to complete loads.
By accessing this website or submitting a load request or carrier registration, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
This website is intended for use by businesses and individuals in South Africa seeking freight transport services or carrier opportunities. You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
Submitting a load request form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once Dispatch Logistics has:
Dispatch Logistics reserves the right to decline any load request at our discretion, including loads that fall outside our service area, exceed carrier capacity, or involve cargo we are unable to accommodate.
All quotes are provided via WhatsApp and are valid for the specific load details submitted. Quotes may change if the load details, vehicle requirements, distance, or timing differ from those described in the original request. Dispatch Logistics does not publish fixed rate cards. Pricing is determined per job.
Payment is by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only. The carrier will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and confirmed. No cash or card payments are accepted. Banking details will be provided with your quote.
Dispatch Logistics will issue an invoice on request. VAT invoices are available where applicable. Please indicate this requirement on your load request form.
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a carrier has already been dispatched may incur a cancellation fee. Dispatch Logistics will communicate any applicable fee at the time of cancellation.
Carriers registered with Dispatch Logistics are independent contractors. Dispatch Logistics does not employ carriers and is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or performance of any carrier beyond our reasonable efforts to vet and brief them. Carriers are reviewed before activation on the network.
By registering as a carrier, you confirm that:
Dispatch Logistics takes reasonable care in matching loads to suitable carriers, but we cannot guarantee delivery times, vehicle availability, or outcomes beyond our control. We are not liable for loss, damage, or delay to cargo unless directly caused by our gross negligence.
Clients who require cargo insurance are responsible for arranging their own cover. Dispatch Logistics can indicate whether a carrier holds Goods in Transit (GIT) cover, but does not underwrite or guarantee any insurance policy.
Information submitted through this website (including your name, contact number, and load details) is used solely for the purpose of processing your request and communicating with you about it. We do not sell or share your information with third parties outside of what is necessary to arrange your load (e.g. providing your contact number to the assigned carrier).
By submitting a form on this website, you consent to being contacted by Dispatch Logistics via WhatsApp in connection with your request.
Dispatch Logistics may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was last revised. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
